Annoucing Point.Shoot.Play

Over the last few weeks I have been setting up a new business-hence Point Shoot Play….

Finally, I can let you all in…(Very Excited)

Point Shoot Play, provides Photoshop Workshops to those new to PhotoShop or wanting to sharpen their skills.. I am very happy to announce that our Creative Director is no other than Pauline Rossi (Leenie).. What an amazing woman, the workshop format that Leenie was put together is amazing….

Our workshops are being held at various Scrapbook Shops in and around Brisbane, including Stamp Art Studio in Aspley… Once all dates for late August and September are confirmed, I will post..

Additional services that Point Shoot Play are providing include Photo Printing, Canvas Prints and novelty Prints-such as Invitations, Cards, Calenders and Books.. Feel free to email me for a price list.. Once the Website is completed, it will be as simple as uploading your photos, and having delivered to your door…

Thanks for all your support, thus far, we look forward to a fun time… If you would like a workshop held at your local shop or home, please email me…

Gwen Stefani Rocks Brisbane

OMG-This concert rocked….

The vibe was fantastic….

I haven’t been able to shut up about how great the concert was….

The interaction, between Gwen and the packed Entertainment Centre was amazing-at one stage running to very back of the centre and rockin‘ on with the audience…

That was last night night.. Yesterday was the Kids Fete-a full day-I felt a little for the kids though, still being sick and not being able to run free so to speak…
I worked on the Cake Stall and Ten Pin Bowling Stand for an hour each.. The Ladies that put together the Cake Stall out did themselves-this wasn’t just your average Cake Stall….

I’ll see if any pics from the day or night are Bloggable.. LOL

Where Has This Year Gone..

During the course of a meeting yesterday, someone mentioned that we had only 20 weeks left of the year???? WOW… It dosn’t seem that long away it was Christmas… Now we haven’t that long to go until it is Christmas…….

Working from home today, boys are sick-took them to the doctor-alot sicker than I first thought.. I guess I won’t be winning the Mother of the Year Award..

Little project on the boil is doing well-I promise all will be out in the open soon-Very Exciting….

Best be off-more work to be done..

Love Breakfast Meetings….

This morning saw a great (and yummy) breakfast meeting with a very talented lady…. Stay tuned for updates… A very Exicting Project is on its way……

Kids are sick this weekend-no soccer, no going together with family friends :(

Looks like Don (hubby) will be off tomorrow with the boys… Poor little lambs-I hate seeing them sick… Bring on Spring…

On another note-last night i was at Christina Aguilera’s 2nd Brisbane Concert-the girl can sing…It was a great show.. Great to catch up with my girl Jo..

Slacker!!!!!!!!!!

OMG…. has been that long since I updated my blog…..
Just goes to show how busy and fun life can be….

The week (all 2 days of it) has been sooooooo long….
A few new projects on the boil-will keep you posted..

As a form of exercise I am staring (much to my family’s amusement)
belly dancing classes this Thursday after work-should be interesting to
say the least…

Weekend soccer game and day 1 of the school sports carnival
that daddy attended,saw a few hundred photos..

May post a few classic ones this week..

Back To Work Today-???

Back to work for me today and back to school for the kids….

I am not sure who is dragging their heels more.. LOL.

Sunday saw our eldest son’s birthday party, held at Urban Climb in West End..
I must say the kids had a great time and well I belive we found a new family activity…
Thanks to the great staff at Urban Climb that made the day extra special…

Best be off-sandwiches to make, kids to drag out of bed..

UnExpected…

For one that loves to plan and liveout the day the way they planned it-Today was not that day…

Due to illness we had our nephews today-WOW-for not having little ones under 1 in the house for over 5 years-we did pretty well..

I was able to check out a few sites for self binding hardcover photobooks-if anyone knows where I can get a PhotoBook Creator in Australia-please let me know..

All is quiet and back to my order..

Time Flies..

Having a week off work-certainly can be an experience-just having the time to sit and enjoy time-to watch your kids play and enjoy being kids, to cook a family meal, to play and well, yes-set up a blog… But one thing I have noticed-is that time flies.. Back to work next Tuesday-part of me looking forward to it (after all I am a workaholic-LOL) and part of me wishes this time could last for a while longer..

Being new to Photoshop (was a PhotoDraw Girl) I have had time to play with some of the great digi products available.. (Love Little Possum Designs)

Now that I have mastered the masking technique-off to put together a Pirate Book?? LOL..
