I was hoping to start the New Year back with a post on Monday just gone with an adorable Newborn session I had and a mention of up coming classes that we have.
Come Monday afternoon with the news and footage of Toowoomba and surrounds, calls and emails to family, friends and clients to ensure their safety took front seat.
Tuesday and came, like others in Brisbane we went on with our normal day’s activities, with the rain not letting up, we knew something wasn’t right. Kids collected from vacation care early, before the roads where closed and the creek beds broke.
Over the next few days we watch with aches in our hearts as Mother Nature, once again reminded us that we are not in control. The people of Brisbane, QLD and the nation have set upped – so many have lost so much.
